Our classes will include evidence-based research, tactile activities, visual aids, and many other fun ways to integrate, educate, and celebrate your pregnancy, labor and birth. Classes are taught by Annemarie Russo, CPM. Annemarie is a NARM certified midwife, a childbirth and lactation educator, and a mother.

Hession has provided speech therapy in a variety of settings and specializes in treating the unique needs of newborns, infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-aged children with feeding and speech disorders. She is certified in Oral Placement Therapy, a highly specialized muscle based speech and feeding therapy technique and has been trained by Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson, MS, CCC-SLP, an internationally respected speech-language pathologist who developed this therapy. Hession has a warm, friendly personality that even the shyest of kids warm up to.

As an R.N. and lactation specialist I work with parents one on one in the privacy of their home. I teach parents how to get their children into good rhythms so sleep patterns can be healthfully established in the early months of life. I also work with parents with children under age 5, to create calmer bedtime routines and consistent sleep rhythms. I offer breastfeeding mothers support and encouragement. For those with toddlers, parents often need guidance.

As an American Red Cross instructor, and with degrees in child development and nursing, I bring parents needed support and guidance in all aspects of parenting young children.
