Little Music Circle
Wednesdays 11:30-Noon
Fee: $10 or $35 for a series of four
Drop in for the most fun and affordable music program for little ones in the Bay Area!
Babies aged 6 months to 18 months are included in this first session "Baby Music Circle".
"Toddler Music Circle" will begin in spring 2010, for ages 18 months to 2 1/2 years.
Class includes:
- Learning songs and clapping rhythms with baby
- Introducing manipulating and playing with small instruments to connect to sounds/effects
- Helping baby develop distinct modes of learning through music
- Helping baby develop intelligence in specific learning centers of the brain
- Movement and theory through song, in a program that will grow with your child, up to age 4
- Having fun with moms in a group setting and sharing songs with your little one for years to come!
Parent participation is a vital component, but don't worry: you don't need to know how to sing to enjoy our Little Music Circle. Class size is limited, so registration is recommended. If you miss a class you have pre-registered for, you can make it up without charge, within a month.

Prenatal Yoga
Thursdays, 1:30pm
Series Fee: $50 for 4 classes (to be used within 2 months)

Class includes:
• Yoga postures & sequences specifically for pregnancy
• Meditations, songs & chants to help mothers prepare for a positive birth experience

Gentle Mama-Baby Yoga
Tuesdays, 1:30pm
Series Fee: $50 for 4 classes (to be used within 2 months) Drop-in: $15
This class is designed to support the mom in nurturing her relationship with herself and her body.
Class includes:
- Time for mom to restore energy and discover how she can do that with baby right by her side.
- Basic meditation and yoga poses to support fuller, more natural breath, strength and flexibility.
- Baby massage to help the little ones get more grounded in their new bodies and to create a deeper mommy-baby connection
- Yoga poses which include the babies in the yoga experience. *communion with other mom's and babies
What to bring: Bring a yoga mat, baby blanket and boppy, if you have one .

Join us for an introductory discussion on what Attachment theory, Developmental Psychology, and Interpersonal Neurobiology has taught us about human maturation and the role we parents play as nourishment for our children's growth.
